• Oversee all quality control operations in the labs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control process.
• Lead and manage a team of quality control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in quality control processes.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify any potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
• Monitor and manage quality control budgets, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on quality control operations and performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance quality control processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and suppliers.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment in the labs, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality control.
• Collaborate with other departments to support product development and launch, ensuring quality control requirements are met.
