Overview

In this role you will lead Environmental Services operations to meet safety, quality, and service objectives for client facilities. You will develop your team, manage client relationships, and drive operational performance to support Aramark's service mission. You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost controls that boost margins and sustain client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership position with a focus on people, safety, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Model leadership behaviors and uphold safety, quality, and service excellence for staff, clients, and customers
• Reward and recognize employees and develop top talent
• Plan and lead team management meetings and coaching
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards across operations
• Maintain strong client rapport and communicate operational progress
• Communicate client needs and apply STAR selling model in interactions
• Support new business initiatives and client retention activities
• Build revenue and manage budget with labor, supply, and inventory cost controls
• Oversee P&L reporting and achieve financial targets for clients and the company
• Embrace Aramark processes and eliminate custom/manual reports
• Monitor performance metrics, data, orders and inventory trends; educate teams on margin levers
• Create value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management

Key requirements

• Experience: at least 3 years, with up to 2 years in a management role
• Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Physical demands: lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, extended walking/standing; PPE as needed
• Ability to understand and use performance metrics, data, and inventory trends
