Multi-Service General Manager

Overview

In this role you will plan, manage and guide multiple contracted services for a healthcare client generating $2-15M+ in revenue. You lead a team delivering food service and environmental services, focusing on safety, financial performance, and client satisfaction. You build relationships with the client and community, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations and Aramark standards. You collaborate with finance to improve productivity and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management
• Manages client and community relationships at the location and plans to optimize service and satisfaction
• Builds and leads a management team to achieve organizational objectives
• Recommends improvements for service and growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and design improvements for financial performance
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark standards

Key requirements

• Bachelor Degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
• Strong focus on client/customer service and entrepreneurship
• Savvy interpersonal communication with clients, senior management, and support staff
• Ability to read and implement contractual requirements and identify opportunities within contracts
• Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead through other managers
• Experience creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis
• Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives
