Champions Academy is looking for an experienced esthetics professional to join our team as an Esthetics Instructor.

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced esthetician who enjoys the industry but may be ready for something different — a consistent weekday schedule, steady income, and the opportunity to teach and mentor the next generation of professionals.

We aren’t simply looking for someone who knows esthetics. We’re looking for someone who has spent time in the industry, understands professional standards, and can bring that real-world experience into the classroom.

The right person will be confident, dependable, professional, and comfortable leading a classroom. Our instructors are expected to encourage and support students while also maintaining clear expectations, accountability, and a professional learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Texas esthetics or qualifying cosmetology license

• Professional, hands-on experience in the esthetics industry

• Strong knowledge of skincare, facials, waxing, sanitation, and professional client care

• Confidence leading and managing a classroom

• Ability to establish clear expectations and hold students accountable

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dependable, professional, and consistent

• Ability to work well with different personalities and learning styles

• A genuine desire to teach, mentor, and prepare students for careers in the industry

Previous teaching experience is a plus, but it is not our only consideration.

Real-world industry experience, professionalism, leadership ability, and the ability to connect with students are extremely important to us.

What You’ll Do

As an Esthetics Instructor, you will:

• Provide classroom and hands-on esthetics instruction

• Demonstrate professional techniques and procedures

• Supervise and coach students while working with clients

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain professional classroom and clinic-floor standards

• Reinforce sanitation, safety, and client-care procedures

• Help students develop confidence, professionalism, and workplace skills

• Help prepare students for licensure and successful careers in the esthetics industry
