Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

• Deliver product knowledge and tailored recommendations for a personalized shopping journey.
• Resolve customer inquiries swiftly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, showcasing merchandise effectively.
• Sales and Target Achievement:
• Drive sales through active customer engagement and product promotion.
• Achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor sales trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to devise strategies enhancing sales and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and support stock management efforts.
• Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in retail sales with a successful track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the capability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
