Duties

Critical Tasks

  • Assist Director of Audit & Risk Management in supporting third-party control audits
  • Assist Bank & Trust Compliance Officer in supporting third-party compliance audits
  • Assist Director of Audit & Risk Management in preparation for quarterly Audit Committee meetings
  • Perform risk management processes and tasks as directed
  • Perform compliance processes and tasks as directed

Significant Duties

  • Communicate with and support auditors with their initial and follow-up requests
  • Coordinate audit committee meeting preparation and deliverables including the committee packet
  • Coordinate organizational risk assessments
  • Provide timely transactional compliance support
  • Perform other duties as directed by Director of Audit & Risk Management or Bank & Trust Compliance Officer
