FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Director of Sales - Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

Position

Summary The Director of Sales will lead all revenue-generating sales activity for Global Filtration Inc. This position is responsible for building a high-accountability sales organization across aerospace, FAA-PMA, MRO, commercial aviation, defense, government, industrial, distributor, and strategic-account channels. The Director of Sales will manage sales strategy, pipeline, CRM discipline, forecasting, quoting standards, territory performance, customer retention, new-business development, account-executive accountability, and executive sales reporting.
