This is an opportunity for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead a clinical team while maintaining a small caseload and approximately 12 billable hours per week. ## Compensation and Benefits

• $90,000-$95,000 base salary

## Schedule and Clinical Expectations

• Monday-Friday schedule
• Typical hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• No evenings or weekends
• One remote workday per week
• Small caseload of approximately 2-3 clients
• Approximately 12 billable hours per week

## Clinical Director Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic’s clinical operations and treatment-delivery standards
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and other clinical team members
• Review and approve treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and clinical recommendations
• Ensure treatment programs follow evidence-based practices and BACB ethical standards
• Monitor treatment quality, clinical documentation, and protocol fidelity
• Conduct clinical observations and quality-assurance reviews
• Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to clinical staff
• Oversee BCBA training and development initiatives
• Support the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of clinical team members
• Participate in client intake, assessment, and treatment-planning processes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary partners
• Maintain a limited direct clinical caseload
• Monitor clinic performance and support achievement of clinical and operational goals
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and client-centered clinic culture
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, payer requirements, and applicable regulations

## Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or ability to obtain Texas licensure
• At least five years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• At least one year of professional experience as a BCBA
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, family-centered ABA services

## Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising BCBAs or multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Experience reviewing treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Experience with quality assurance and clinical performance improvement
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing clinical staff
• Experience supporting clinic performance goals and key performance indicators
