Keystone Executives is seeking an enthusiastic AT&T Sales Enrollment Agent to support customer enrollment and service education initiatives. Working with AT&T services, you’ll help customers understand their options, answer questions, and navigate the enrollment process. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys building connections, and is excited to grow their skills in a customer-focused role.

What You’ll Do

• Introduce customers to available AT&T service options
• Explain service features and answer questions in a clear, approachable way
• Assist customers with enrollment steps and service selections
• Gather relevant customer information and help ensure enrollment details are accurate
• Maintain positive interactions while providing a helpful customer experience
• Collaborate with the team to support daily objectives and service standards

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn about wireless and communication services
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
