📝 Rquirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical discipline, coupled with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is also acceptable.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• Proven experience in software development within the Department of Defense (DoD) sector.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or comparable.
• Familiarity with the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including Test-Driven Development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or work extended hours based on business needs.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Design and implement new software features and frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate new features and functionality.
• Participate in project planning with team members focusing on timelines, design specifications, and system performance enhancements.
• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and document software implementations to uphold development standards and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing software applications to elevate user experience and system performance.
• Engage in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demonstrations.
• Stay informed about technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
