Job Title: Senior Specialist, Systems Engineer L3Harris is actively seeking a Systems Engineer (SE) to support requirement development, design, development, test, and integration of complex, specialized hardware/software systems installed on ground and airborne platforms. In this role, the candidate will work with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to ensure that the customers needs are understood, documented, and agreed too. They will support the technical solution development and help ensure the as-built product meets the requirement baseline.

Design and develop physical architectures incorporating mission system equipment into airborne systems for military and commercial customers. This requires a baseline understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Translate customer and airworthiness requirements into unique verifiable system level requirements Become a focal point for conversation with the customer on technical issues Perform the systems engineering trade study process Prepare effective presentations to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical professionals Ability to use standard Microsoft Office suite of applications Ability to operate within a Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM); Must be able to travel up to 10% Bachelors degree and a minimum of 6 years related experience, orGraduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Master Test

Planning - tracking which ATPs need ran and coordinating with Test SMEs Test Procedure Writing; Equipment qualification for FAA - tracking environmental tests Prior experience integrating mission systems on airborne platforms.

Digital Databus
