SUMMARY

At Magnolia, the Senior Manager of Marketing will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for Magnolia Table Frozen Foods, driving growth through innovative go-to-market activations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will oversee campaign development, media execution, asset creation, and performance reporting, ensuring Magnolia's brand values and aesthetic are consistently represented across all channels. This position works from Magnolia Headquarters in Waco, Texas. It reports to the VP of Marketing and has no supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Magnolia Table Frozen Foods to support distribution expansion and revenue growth inclusive of partner channel activations, Magnolia-owned channel activations and integrated media campaigns*
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) activations for new product launches and retail partnerships across regional and national markets*
  • Own strategic planning and budgeting, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI/ROAS optimization*
  • Oversee campaign creation and media execution in partnership with internal teams, including paid, owned, and earned channels*
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with F&B, R&D, eComm, Retail, Creative, Partnerships and Operations to ensure cohesive execution both in-store, online and in partner entities
  • Create asset channel banks for partnership retail, digital, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Establish and report on KPIs, including sales lift, brand awareness, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics*
  • Drive continuous optimization through data-driven insights and testing across all marketing touchpoints
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new tools, technologies, and strategies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Hard skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Proficiency with HRIS and project management tools preferred.

ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in CPG, food, or retail marketing highly preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
