Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative

Join a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry as an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative. In this dynamic position, you will play a vital role in the Sales Support Department, fostering strong customer relationships and driving sales growth initiatives. We're looking for an individual with outstanding communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a detail-oriented approach to help elevate our customer service experience.

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: $23 - 26.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to an established client base.
• Manage customer accounts, prioritizing satisfaction and retention.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, fax, or email efficiently.
• Accurately enter sales and purchase orders to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with outside sales teams and management to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in fast-paced metals, distribution, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
