On-Site Property Manager - Student Housing

We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for a well established student property located in Waco, Texas. The goal is to maximize every interaction with prospects and residents. Ideal candidate must have ample experience in the apartment industry, multi-task, complete reports on a timely manner, and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the property
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards and resident satisfaction
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with staff and tenants
• Execute lease contracts within a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants

Skills

• Proven work experience in the multi-family industry
• Knowledge and experience in OneSite software
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong marketing strategies with social media knowledge
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist in resident communications and problem solving
• Organized and efficient
