Position Overview

As a Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate, you will

• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
• Perform fragrance demonstrations and scent consultations
• Maintain a polished, luxury shopping environment
• Build strong product knowledge about perfumes and colognes
• Support sales goals through active customer engagement
• Protect inventory and maintain store standards
• Assist with cleaning, merchandising, pricing, and daily operations

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred
• Beauty, fragrance, or fashion experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and demonstrating products
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Reliable transportation
