As a Full-Time Sales Representative, you will engage and explain how AT&T Fiber delivers consistent, high-speed connectivity for every device. The Full-Time Sales Representative listens to what our customers need, recommends the best fiber plans, and ensures they get a fair, transparent deal. You’ll then drive sales by showing how fiber future-proofs their home tech.

Responsibilities of the Full-Time Sales Representative

• Initiate sales conversations in person with our customers to present AT&T Fiber as a reliable, high-performance internet solution.
• Use practical sales techniques to demonstrate the measurable benefits of switching to AT&T Fiber services.
• Qualify customers efficiently and close sales by aligning AT&T Fiber plans with each customer’s specific usage patterns.
• Ensure our customers are happy by managing expectations and supporting the complete AT&T Fiber sales journey.
• Maintain an organized sales process with accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all AT&T Fiber opportunities.
• Focus on sustainable sales results by balancing new customer acquisition with account growth for AT&T Fiber services.

Qualifications of a Full-Time Sales Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Solid people skills with the ability to connect with all types of customers.
• Clear understanding that success comes from solving real internet problems with AT&T.
• Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction to stay active and productive.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
