Sales Representative

Priority Roofing is a growing roofing company serving the Waco area. We pride ourselves on family values, exceptional customer service, and investing in people who are willing to work hard and grow with us.

We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals with previous sales or customer-facing experience who are ready to build a rewarding career. While this role includes responsibilities beyond traditional sales, it is primarily an outside sales position with realistic six-figure earning potential for individuals who are driven, work full-time, and are committed to learning.

No roofing experience is required. Our Sales Manager provides comprehensive, hands-on training to help you succeed. We can teach you roofing—we’re looking for people with integrity, a strong work ethic, and the desire to build a successful career.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs for storm damage.

Educate homeowners throughout the insurance claims process.

Build relationships within the community.

Manage projects from the initial inspection through completion.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and people skills.

Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.

Comfortable working outdoors and meeting with homeowners.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Applicants with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, bartending, serving, customer service, or other client-facing roles are strongly encouraged to apply. Many of our most successful team members came from industries outside of roofing.
