Responsibilities

• Assist customers with wireless products, plans, accessories, and account services.
• Complete activations, upgrades, bill payments, and customer support requests.
• Meet sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Promote current offers, products, and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

Store Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive results.
• Ensure compliance, inventory management, and operational excellence.
