What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Maintain knowledge of Volkswagen models, vehicle features, pricing, and current promotions
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the dealership's CRM system
• Work closely with sales management and other departments to ensure a smooth buying experience
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and develop automotive product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
