The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is hiring for an Assistant Facilities Manager to work in our Waco, Texas distribution center.

Major Duties

• Oversee repair and maintenance of building and assets.
• Manage assigned associates.
• Supervise janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn care and snow removal.
• Communicates with management and contractors as required.
• Provides support for ecological sustainability.

Based on education, experience, fit and interview.

This position will require prior experience in warehouse or distribution facility maintenance.
