Three Cities Innovations is expanding in Killeen, TX, and we're seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our growing team as Entry Level Marketing and Communications Assistants. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, communications, customer service, brand representation, and client relations.

As a Marketing and Communications Assistant, you'll support local marketing campaigns, customer outreach initiatives, and promotional activities throughout the Killeen area. You'll work directly with customers to introduce client products and services, communicate promotional information, answer questions, and help create positive customer experiences.

No previous marketing, communications, or sales experience is required. Three Cities Innovations provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and team support to help new associates develop strong communication skills, gain practical marketing experience, and build confidence in a professional, customer-facing environment.

Marketing and Communications Assistant Responsibilities

• Support the execution of local marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and customer outreach activities
• Communicate directly with prospective and existing customers through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Represent client brands and provide accurate information about products, services, and current promotions
• Assist with brand awareness efforts, customer engagement strategies, and promotional marketing activities
• Build positive customer relationships through engaging, informative, and professional communication
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services based on individual preferences
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with service enrollment, account information, and follow-up communication
• Participate in promotional events, campaign coordination, and daily marketing activities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, campaign performance, and daily activity
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to strengthen marketing, communication, and customer service skills

Marketing and Communications Assistant Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Available to work full-time and on-site in Killeen, TX
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Comfortable interacting with customers and meeting new people
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new marketing, communication, and customer engagement skills
• Previous experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, communications, marketing, promotions, or sales are encouraged to apply.
