IT/ERP Systems Engineer: instrumental in migrating to Window-Based software.

We have a fully operational, in-house ERP software that runs the business. Now, we’re actively transitioning from a legacy IBM-based environment to a Windows-based architecture built on C#, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.

You’ll be hands-on in shaping the next generation of our ERP platform while supporting and enhancing the existing system during phased migration.

Technology Stack

• C# / .NET
• SQL Server + SSMS

• Web-based interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• File servers & permission structures
• REST APIs

• Modern JavaScript frameworks
• REST API design
• Web security (authentication/authorization)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Designing and optimizing SQL Server databases (tables, indexing, performance tuning)
• Supporting and improving Windows-based ERP applications
• Assisting in migration from legacy architecture to modern Windows stack
• Troubleshooting across application, database, web, and networking layers
• Managing file servers, shared folders, permissions, and cloud services

What We’re Looking For

• Understand C# and .NET development workflows
• Know your way around SQL Server beyond basic queries
• Are comfortable in Visual Studio
• Have working knowledge of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

Helpful but not required

• Experience with long-lived or legacy business systems
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
