Job Summary

Upgrid is growing, and we are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help launch a battery-only energy program for homeowners with existing solar systems across Texas.

In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners to upgrade their energy systems with battery backup, improving energy independence, reliability, and efficiency.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales opportunity designed for both experienced closers and driven individuals new to sales who want to learn quickly and earn based on performance.

Compensation & Earnings

• 100% commission (1099 independent contractor)
• Uncapped earning potential
• High-volume opportunity for strong producers
• Fast sales cycle = faster commissions

Schedule & Travel

• Travel team across Texas markets
• 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
• Housing provided
• Transportation provided for Waco-based team members
• No per diem

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors and engage homeowners daily
• Identify homes with existing solar systems
• Present battery backup solutions and close deals
• Submit contracts and track your production
• Work within a team environment focused on volume and consistency

What We’re Looking For

Open to All Experience Levels

• No experience required — we train motivated individuals
• Sales experience is a plus (D2D, solar, alarms, roofing, etc.)
