Operations Manager, Asset Protection - DC/FC - Return Center

Overview

In this role you lead safety, security, compliance, and asset protection for a high-volume returns operation. You collaborate with operations leadership to identify risks, implement solutions, and foster a culture of safety and accountability. You will ensure OSHA and company standards through audits, investigations, and corrective actions, while supporting emergency response and business continuity. The position offers the chance to drive continuous improvement across a rapidly evolving returns facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, security, compliance, and asset protection programs across a high-volume returns operation
• Conduct and oversee investigations related to theft, inventory loss, workplace incidents, and policy violations
• Partner with operations leaders to identify risks, implement solutions, and build a culture of safety and accountability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company standards through audits, inspections, and corrective actions
• Support emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity efforts while driving continuous improvement across the facility

Key requirements

• Experience leading teams within a distribution center, fulfillment center, warehouse, retail, or other large-scale operational environment
• Background in asset protection, safety, security, compliance, investigations, or risk management
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, workplace safety programs, and incident investigation processes
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners, drive accountability, and lead change in a fast-paced operation
• Experience using data and operational metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and improve business performance
