Insurance Sales Specialist

This position focuses on outside territory sales, offering you the freedom and independence to tailor your schedule and organize your work week effectively. You will be connecting with small to medium-sized businesses, presenting our premium supplemental insurance products. Our extensive training program includes classroom sessions, hands-on experiences with top performers, and self-paced learning modules tailored to your growth.
While we prefer candidates with backgrounds in athletics, the military, or law enforcement, what we truly seek is a genuine passion for making a difference and a strong desire to excel!
Core Responsibilities
- Leverage our customized Salesforce CRM to develop leads and grow your client base while networking within your territory and neighboring communities.
- Efficiently respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
- Organize meetings with potential and existing clients to thoroughly assess their insurance needs.
- Engage in scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and colleagues.
- Personally visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and provide service to existing clients.
- Build and cultivate your own professional client portfolio.
- Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan, adhere to, and submit your weekly work schedule to your sales team manager.
- Document daily work statistics and updates on your sales activities by the end of each day.

Additional Qualifications
- Successful completion of a comprehensive pre-employment background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain it; training course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (applicants nearing degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional experience in a relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
