Job Description - Enterprise Sales Executive

Location - Remote or In-Office (Waco, TX)

Reports To - VP of Growth

Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive the growth of AxisCares mid-market and enterprise client base. In this role, youll own the full sales cycleprospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closingwhile navigating complex sales environments and engaging with key decision-makers across operations, finance, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Pipeline: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound interest.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Lead opportunities from discovery to contract execution, managing multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account-specific strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy and provide regular updates using tools like HubSpot and Gong.
  • Market Engagement: Represent AxisCare at 35 industry conferences annually to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with trends in the healthcare and home care sectors to tailor conversations and solutions effectively.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Experience: 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales; experience in healthcare or home care is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close complex deals over $150k ARR with extended sales cycles.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Gong, and Zoom.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to clearly present value propositions and influence at the executive level.
