Customer Sales and Service Consultant

Compensation: $17-$22 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits)

About the Role: As a Customer Sales and Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clientele while confidently recommending essential products and services for their vehicles. We provide comprehensive training to empower you with expert knowledge in selling tires, wheels, and various automotive services. You will adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service's sales strategy and core values, aiming to create long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Experience engaging face-to-face with customers in a dynamic environment
• Confidence in your ability to communicate effectively, offer guidance, and drive sales
• A keen attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and advance within the company
• A readiness to undergo cross-training, mastering both sales techniques and hands-on services and repairs
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• The physical capability to lift 70 lbs and perform tasks involving crouching, bending, and turning
