Casina Hospitality is seeking an experienced, highly organized, revenue-focused Growth Marketing Manager to lead the execution of sales-driving marketing strategies across our multi-unit Tex-Mex restaurant brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who knows how to turn promotions into measurable traffic, loyalty into repeat business, and marketing into real revenue growth. Reporting directly to the President, this role will play a critical part in helping shape the future of iconic restaurant brands while building repeatable systems that directly impact sales performance.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Growth Marketing Manager will own the implementation and execution of company-wide marketing initiatives across 12+ restaurant locations. This role is ideal for someone who can:

  • Turn strategic promotions into real guest traffic
  • Execute campaigns consistently across multiple locations
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar
  • Drive loyalty program engagement and retention
  • Manage digital marketing channels
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure successful in-store execution
  • Track ROI by promotion, store, and daypart
  • Build scalable, repeatable traffic-driving systems

This is not purely a branding or social media role. This is a sales-focused marketing leadership position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Growth & Campaign Execution

  • Manage and execute the marketing calendar
  • Launch sales-driving promotional campaigns
  • Support catering, gift card, and adult beverage sales growth
  • Build and optimize local store marketing programs
  • Manage third-party partnership promotions

Digital Marketing & Guest Engagement

  • Execute email and SMS campaigns
  • Oversee social media scheduling and strategy
  • Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives
  • Support content creation and campaign deployment
  • Manage website promotions and local digital presence
  • Oversee and optimize local business listings

Loyalty & Retention

  • Manage loyalty campaigns
  • Execute segmented loyalty strategies
  • Drive loyalty signups and engagement

Brand Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate the production of promotional collateral
  • Develop and maintain marketing toolkits for store-level execution
  • Ensure promotions are operationally successful
  • Support brand reputation and promoter score initiatives

Reporting & Accountability

  • Track campaign success and failures
  • Analyze ROI by campaign, location, and sales channel
  • Build KPI dashboards
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Continuously optimize performance

Required Experience

  • 5–7 years in marketing, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or multi-unit retail environments
  • Promotional campaign management
  • Email/SMS marketing execution
  • Social media management
  • Loyalty or retention program management
  • Project management across multiple initiatives
  • KPI reporting and revenue accountability

Preferred Experience

  • Multi-location restaurant marketing
  • Toast or similar restaurant technology platforms
  • Local store marketing
  • Gift card or catering marketing

  • Influencer or partnership campaign management

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
