About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a second job or part-time work outside of their primary career.The position is primarily late afternoons, evenings, and weekends, making it a great fit for someone who has daytime work or other commitments.

Our Sales Associates are an important part of the member experience. You will welcome members and guests, build relationships with potential members, follow up with leads, give studio tours, and help people find the membership that best fits their goals.

You do not need to be a Pilates expert. We are looking for someone who is personable, confident, dependable, and enjoys talking with people. Fitness or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, positive attitude

• Follow up with prospective members through phone, text, and email

• Build relationships with leads and guide them through the sales process

• Conduct studio tours and help potential members find the right membership

• Book Intro Classes and appointments to help achieve monthly sales goals

• Sell memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming studio experience

• Maintain a clean and organized studio

• Assist with special events and community outreach

• Learn and use ClubReady and other studio systems

• Work closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager to achieve studio goals

• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable asking for the sale and following up with potential customers

• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results

• Dependable and able to commit to a consistent schedule

• Comfortable working independently when needed

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software

• Available for late afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts

• Fitness or sales experience is preferred but not required
