Position OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support and drive marketing initiatives across multiple locations. This role will report directly to senior leadership and work closely with location presidents, operations teams, and our external advertising agency to ensure marketing projects are executed efficiently, consistently, and on brand.The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and highly professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
• Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams (location presidents, operations) and the external advertising agency
• Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and marketing materials across all locations
• Track project timelines, approvals, and revisions to keep initiatives moving forward
• Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and special initiatives
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, professionalism, and brand alignment before release
• Support leadership with reporting, updates, and status tracking on active marketing projects

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Creative thinker with an eye for branding, messaging, and visual consistency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and polished presentation style
• Comfortable collaborating with executives, operations teams, and external partners
• Marketing, communications, or project coordination experience
