About the Role

Extraco Banks is seeking a collaborative, creative, and detail‑oriented Marketing Generalist to support our marketing efforts across multiple business units. This role contributes to campaign planning, content creation, social media management, and customer experience reporting—ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing creative and operational work, and is eager to grow within the marketing field.

What You’ll Do

Campaign & Content Support

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Help create, edit, and proofread marketing materials.
• Maintain the content calendar and support graphic design projects.

Social Media Management

• Manage organic social media channels, including posting, engagement, and analytics.
• Oversee branch Facebook pages and support content needs for Banking, Insurance, and Mortgage.

Email & Digital Marketing

• Collaborate with the Marketing Technology Specialist on email campaigns, event communications, and cross-promotional initiatives.
• Support basic use of Drupal 9, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.

Event Coordination

• Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of events, webinars, and promotions.

Customer Experience & Reporting

• Monitor customer feedback and help identify trends.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance and insights reports.
• Coordinate with the Customer Intelligence team to support data accuracy and transparency.

General Support

• Provide graphic design support using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Assist with photography/videography as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, design, or communications
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere preferred)
• Experience managing social media content and analyzing performance
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively while managing independent tasks
• Foundational understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Videography or photography experience
• Familiarity with Drupal 9 CMS and HubSpot Marketing Automation

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily office-based role with extended periods of sitting or standing
• Frequent use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier)
• Occasional travel to branches, events, and meetings
• Occasional lifting of 10–15 lbs (marketing materials, display items, equipment)
