Inside Sales Representative I

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative I, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting customer relationship management and sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative I

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: $23 - 26.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Provide high-level customer service and support to an established customer base
• Manage program/customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, fax, or email
• Enter sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with outside sales and management to ensure timely delivery and customer needs are met

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working in fast-paced metals, distribution, or manufacturing environments is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
