Field Sales Representative (High Earnings / Flexible Sales Channels)

GreyFox is building a tactical outreach team — repping high-demand products and services through face-to-face outreach.

This is a field-based sales role built around direct interaction with homeowners. Depending on the market and current campaign, that may look like working through a neighborhood of warm leads, operating at a local event, or closing appointments that were pre-qualified ahead of time.

We work across multiple verticals — including telecom, energy, and other home services — so the exact product or offer may shift. That’s intentional. It allows us to stay in high-demand markets and gives you multiple ways to produce income instead of relying on a single product or method.

At a high level, your role is simple: engage, explain, and close. You’ll be trained on how to position each offer, how to read the situation in front of you, and how to adapt your approach based on the environment.

Other than prior Sales roles, if you’ve ever thrived in roles from bartending, field work, or military, you’ll probably fit right in. Former servers/bartenders, first responders, or military/law enforcement tend to excel in this role thanks to their communication skills, discipline, and adaptability.

  • Engage homeowners through home visits or event-based outreach
  • Explain available products & services
  • Submit clean, accurate orders using provided tools
  • Maintain flexible scheduling — part-time or full-time availability welcomed
  • Learn the pitch. Close the sale. Get paid.
  • Top reps promoted to team leaders and provided with additional roles / responsibilities

Perks & Pay

  • Weekly payouts (commissions only)
  • $1,500–$5,000/week typical for consistent new reps
  • $5,000–$15,000+/week possible for seasoned and traveling reps
