Logistics & Operations Manager

Roca Bathroom Products is seeking a Logistics & Operations Manager to lead logistics, distribution, inventory control, facilities, and operational support functions across our US and Canada operations.

Reports to: Managing Director – Roca USA

Position Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse and inventory management, and operational support for both the Waco manufacturing/distribution facility and the Miami office. The position also coordinates facility maintenance, leases, permits, IT-related needs with the corporate IT team, and continuous improvement initiatives to support service, cost, and operational efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, freight, carrier management, and delivery performance.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and distribution processes.
• Manage logistics and operational costs, identify savings opportunities, and support budgeting activities.
• Coordinate operational support for the Waco facility and Miami office, including building maintenance, vendors, leases, permits, and renovations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for local IT and infrastructure needs in coordination with the corporate IT team.
• Drive process improvements, KPI tracking, and strong operational controls across logistics and facilities.
• Lead logistics, warehouse, and operational support resources while partnering closely with Finance, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, distribution, or facility management.
• Strong background in transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, and process improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
