AT&T Retail Sales Consultant
SignalXIAs a AT&T Retail Sales Consultant you will work with our customers to provide them with telecommunication services that range from fiber, and wireless services. The AT&T Retail Sales Consultant will be knowledgeable in all service offerings to be able to provide superior customer service and sales solutions. We are looking to bring on a AT&T Retail Sales Consultant as we expand our clients and continue our contribution in sales across the region. The Retail Sales Consultant will have a customer first approach, meaning active listening is involved to focus on their wants and needs. This position is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of a leading telecommunication company leading sales and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Engage with prospective customers face to face, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to drive sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example in surpassing sales quotas, setting a high standard for performance within the team and the office.
- Maintain accurate records by meticulously entering customer information into our secure database.
- Provide support in training, daily operations, and report management to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
- Participate actively in meetings with the sales team, leadership core, and office manager to enhance skills and foster leadership development.
- Track and input all new and existing client information to ensure all personal information is up to date.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse customers and handle inquiries professionally
- Willingness to learn about new products, sales techniques, and company procedures
