Our Temple team needs an Entry Level Management to bring order and joy to our AT&T smartphone initiatives. The Entry Level Management role in fine-tuning our outreach means our sales consultants can spread positivity and focus on what they love most: connecting with people and driving meaningful sales growth.
As an Entry Level Management, you’ll empower AT&T’s Temple-based wireless team by handling the critical logistics that drive smartphone success. From maintaining clean sales records to aligning field schedules with community sales goals, the Entry Level Management ensures sales team members have everything they need to serve residents.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Management
- Organize daily campaign workflows by preparing sales materials, territory schedules, and smartphone activation resources for the field team.
- Ensure precise data updates by entering customer data, verifying service agreements, and maintaining compliance across all records.
- Support leadership alignment by coordinating communications, scheduling team briefings, and keeping staff informed on current smartphone offers and network updates.
- Compile and analyze sales metrics, delivering clear reports on engagement levels and activation trends in the Temple market.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new hires, reinforcing data proficiency and consistent delivery of professional brand standards.
- Manage inventory of marketing collateral and mobile hardware, ensuring campaign teams have the devices and materials required for daily operations.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Management
- Experience in administrative support, retail coordination, office management, and sales, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and organizational discipline.
- Proven ability to manage documentation and data entry, ensuring accuracy in customer records and internal reporting processes.
- Proficiency with office software, with readiness to learn proprietary sales platforms and data systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $950.00 - $1,550.00 per week
