Texas Roadhouse is on the hunt for a legendary Community Marketing Coordinator who can significantly boost sales by fostering relationships within the community and enhancing guest loyalty. If you’re passionate about networking and creativity, we want to hear from you!

As a Community Marketing Coordinator, your exciting responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Managing Partner and management team to create and implement local store marketing initiatives that will increase guest loyalty, foot traffic, check averages, and overall sales.
• Promoting all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions, such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, and more!
• Building and nurturing relationships during food and bread runs with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other local entities.
• Establishing and maintaining positive, ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.
• Developing and executing community and charitable events that elevate Texas Roadhouse’s status as a community leader and boost brand awareness.
• Assisting in public relations efforts, including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events that highlight Texas Roadhouse.
• Maintaining regular communication with the Managing Partner, management team, and all employees regarding ongoing programs, plans, and results through Alley Rallies and more.
