Senior Investment Portfolio Manager

Position Summary

A well-established and growing community bank in Waco, Texas is seeking an experienced Investment Portfolio Manager to join its Wealth Management team. This individual will oversee client investment portfolios, develop customized investment strategies, and collaborate with advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client investment portfolios.
• Develop customized investment strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Conduct market, economic, and investment research.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with trust officers, financial advisors, and wealth management professionals.
• Participate in client meetings and portfolio reviews.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive wealth management and financial planning strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.
• Support business development efforts and client education initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of investment portfolio management or wealth management experience.
• Strong understanding of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Preferred

• CFA, CFP, CPA, MBA, or similar designation.
• Experience within a bank trust or wealth management department.
• Financial planning experience.
