Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Dining Room Coordinator to join The Blake at Waco. This role is vital in ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and care. Based in the local area, you will play a key part in maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dining room operations to ensure smooth service.

• Supervise dining staff to uphold high standards of customer service.
• Manage inventory and food supplies efficiently.
• Oversee food presentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely and quality meals.
• Train new staff members and support ongoing team development.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in planning special events or banquets as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service management or hospitality roles.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to handle inventory control effectively.
