Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Develop relationships to create a robust revenue source for repeat business.
• Drive new revenue through outbound efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and guest interactions.
• Manage sales-related documentation and ensure its accuracy.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Sales as sole sales liaison in venue.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Foundational sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
