Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be the first dedicated marketing hire within our company. You’ll play a key role in building and growing our brand, starting with a strong focus on social media and digital advertising. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and excited about growing alongside a fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, captions, campaigns, etc.)
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance
• Maintain brand consistency and contribute to overall brand development
• Identify creative marketing opportunities and think outside the box to drive engagement
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and long-term strategy

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Passion for social media and digital marketing
• Highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding
• Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
• Experience with brand development and content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
