🔹 Role Overview

The Turf Pro / Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Waco, TX. This role blends sales, project management, and client experience, giving you ownership from the first conversation to final installation.

You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing your sales pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions that meet each customer’s vision.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage and track a consistent sales pipeline
• Conduct on-site/in-home consultations and present customized turf solutions
• Create estimates and proposals
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for seamless execution
• Follow up with leads and clients to drive conversions and referrals
• Ensure a high-end customer experience from start to finish

🔹 Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet sales goals and deadlines
• Landscaping, construction, or outdoor living experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be local to the Greater Waco area
