Inside Sales Representative

Equipment Sales Representative | WCTractor | Waco, TX

WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with 15 locations across Texas, and our Waco team is growing! We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Equipment Sales Representative who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to build a long-term career in the agricultural and light construction equipment industry.

What You Will Do:

• Generate new business and grow existing accounts within your territory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by conducting equipment demonstrations and presenting tailored solutions

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed goals

• Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective customers

• Coordinate with marketing programs and promotions to drive sales

• Represent WCTractor professionally in the field and within the local community

What We Are Looking For:

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior sales experience preferred

• Hay equipment knowledge or sales experience a plus

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Base salary plus uncapped commission
