Position Overview
In this role, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that combines online learning with hands-on field training, guided by your own dedicated mentor. You will learn the essential sales cycle as well as advanced techniques tailored to our innovative supplemental insurance products. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and provide the necessary training to the right individuals.
As a Sales Professional, you will have the responsibility of managing your own territory. You will engage with small and medium-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers in person to present customized insurance solutions designed to meet their needs. Your interactions will vary from individual consultations to group presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our Salesforce CRM to manage leads, generate clients, and expand your network.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
- Schedule meetings with clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-ones with your sales manager.
- Visit local businesses, foster relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
- Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
- Set and strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with your sales manager.
- Plan your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager each week.
- Record daily activities and sales metrics at the end of each workday.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain; study course and fee reimbursement available).
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of work experience (candidates nearing degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered).
