We are seeking a Sales Trainer & Field Development Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about coaching others to win. Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for both driving personal production and developing new and existing agents into top performers. You will lead training initiatives, support field activity, and play a key role in shaping the performance and culture of your team.
You’ll work directly with leadership, receive mentorship from top producers, and have the opportunity to build and influence a high-performing sales organization within your territory.
Core Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new agents through structured field training, mentorship, and hands-on coaching.
- Spend time with agents in the field to coach real-time sales conversations and improve closing ability.
- Maintain strong personal production by meeting with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental solutions.
- Conduct employee-level benefit enrollments, ensuring clear understanding and strong client experience.
- Deliver group presentations that effectively communicate the value of our programs.
- Track team performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve results and consistency.
- Build and manage a high-performing team culture centered on accountability, performance, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop future leaders by identifying top talent and preparing them for advancement.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor activity, track development, and manage client relationships.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Insurance Producer License (study materials and licensing reimbursement provided).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of post-high-school work experience.
