What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted face of Gather & Co., meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to help them bring their bathroom visions to life. This is an outside sales role that combines people skills with cutting-edge design technology.

• Deliver our engaging, proven sales presentation using an iPad
• Use our intuitive design software to create custom bath solutions
• Provide on-the-spot pricing and close sales consistently
• Represent our brand with professionalism and expertise

What You Bring

We’re looking for confident, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Prior in-home sales experience (bathroom or home remodeling experience is highly preferred)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets/software for presentations
• Reliable transportation and local to the Waco, TX area
• Natural confidence and charisma in social and professional settings
• Independent, self-motivated, and driven by results
