Media and Communications Graduate Student Employee

**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Student Employee to join our team at Baylor University's Spiritual Life - Chapel department. As a Media and Communications Graduate Student Employee, you will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content, managing social media platforms, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across digital channels. **Responsibilities:**

• Capture and edit clips of worship music and sermons for use on social media, Canvas, and YouTube
• Produce short-form videos featuring 2-3-minute interviews with each Chapel guest
• Regularly post content to Canvas, including weekly updates
• Manage Baylor Chapel's YouTube Worship Channel, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital platforms

• Currently enrolled as a graduate student at Baylor University
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in video editing software and social media management tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
