Marketing and Communications Lead

We seek a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Lead to conceptualize and implement messaging campaigns for various events.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and two years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Marketing and Communications Lead will oversee marketing efforts, enhance the customer experience, and collaborate with department staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Departmental Communications: Ensure compliance with graphic standards, update social media accounts, digital signage, and website content.
• Manage Member Services Operations: Oversee Front Desk Operations, coordinate with Reservations staff, and ensure Risk Management policies are followed.
• Oversee Student Staff: Market, interview, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate student staff in customer services and product management.
• Assist with Software Administration: Work in various programs to produce reports and graphic displays for programs and assessment needs.
