What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively across Agile teams to design, develop, and support cutting-edge technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Stay ahead of technology trends by experimenting with new tools, engaging with both internal and external tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.
• Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences.
• Utilize a variety of programming languages including Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and Container Orchestration services such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with diverse AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not qualify).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• 3+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies.

This role is located in McLean, VA, Plano, TX, or Richmond, VA. The anticipated salary range is $144,200 - $181,000, depending on your experience and location. We also offer performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
