Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Capital One's technology landscape. Your expertise in full-stack development will help us deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower millions of Americans to manage their finances effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support innovative technical solutions using a variety of full-stack technologies.
• Stay ahead of tech trends by experimenting with new technologies, engaging in technology communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.
• Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that create impactful experiences for our users.
• Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with various databases and AWS tools to build scalable applications.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience is not considered).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with languages like JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
• 1+ years of experience working with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• 3+ years of experience using open-source frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.

The full-time annual salary for this role ranges from $144,200 to $164,600. This is based on experience and location, and will be confirmed in the official offer letter.
